Boys and Girls Club Golf Tournament

When:
June 13 and 14
Where:
Dinner/Gala - The Zone Club (June 13th in the evening)
Golf Tournament - Traditions Club (June 14th – Two flights during the day)
Help needed at Gala :
Decorations and general set up, registration, silent auction, raffle sales, clean up
Help needed at Golf Tournament:
Registration, celebrity cart drivers, beverage/people mover carts, contest hole management

Prison Ministry

Literature preparation: Help prepare devotionals and Christian Magazines for distribution at local prisons. Provide literature from your church that is available for distribution.

General Ministries: Join in on "Catwalk Ministy", or lead and assist with in prison services and bible studies.

If your church or organization has an opportunity that is available to others in the community and you would like to have it posted here, contact your church's BCS GAP leadership representative. If you are unsure how to contact your leadership rep., contact BCS GAP. Be sure to provide the usual info.... what, where, when, details, contact person, etc. Also be sure to provide the info far enough in advance that the information can be posted, and the multitudes will have time to see it.
